So, I got a Stargate building brick set for Christmas, but it appears the manufacturer did not care to do a test build, because this thing keeps on exploding on me every time I try to build this ring.

So, I finally tried to take advantage of that weird effect caused by making a concave cylinder in #PicoCAD by making a little sailboat scene, but I don't think it is going to work out considering how much this face likes to pop in and out... #pixelart #lowpoly

Here's a fun feature I discovered a while back, due to how PicoCAD renders objects, if you make a cylinder be concave, you can cause some weird math to happen and make it look like liquid is moving around. It only really works in the editor though, not any of the rendering tools.

First attempt in about a year where I tried to make a gun in PicoCAD, and failed. I *probably* should focus on modeling these in BlockBench instead, but I am more adjusted to PicoCAD lol. (Wireframe design because I was trying out a 3D modeling method to draw the shape)

Baseline: cover utilities (water/electricity/internet/etc.) and food. Remainder? Reinvest it in expanding what I can do and create. I can put some cash aside over time to finish the basement and turn it into a workshop, meaning I'd be able to make physical goods to sell.

Getting a little experimental with the textmode busts, definitely taking some notes to help improve the comms, but the tricky part will be making smaller size variants...

Toying around with setting up my @vgen.co account while I am looking around for codes, and I only JUST noticed that their scaling algorithm is DISGUSTING for pixel art. Keep in mind that I typically export for web @ 4x resolution, and its usually enough everywhere else...

Here's a small update on that airship game idea I had earlier: 1. Since this is mostly concept art, I decided to steal FF6's mode7 graphics (specifically parts from the ending, thanks TSR!) since I don't plan on making my own tiling terrain until it is onboarded as a real game project.
