As far as I know, most of Aspyr's localization work is done using AI/LLM, so I can already foresee that the Deus Ex Remastered release will be a flop.

My review of the CN localization of Soul Reaver 1 & 2: The entire Chinese text seems to be translated by AI. Many sentences are very rough and the connections between sentences are very incoherent. They cannot be compared with the beautiful English text at all and need to be polished.

OMG, they translated Retreat in The Lost Levels as "withdraw" Lmao.

I haven't checked all the texts yet, but I apparently found a translation error where they translated Melchiah's "Do you believe for a moment that our Lord would risk his empire upon an upstart inheritance?" into "Do you really believe that our master will entrust his empire to the new forces?"
