at the doc when i got weighed in it showed a graphic picturing the percentage increase ive put on since last visit and that was extremely hot lmao

hot honey rub has been on everything lately and i'm unfortunately a huge slut for good hot honey foods. the downside is most of them are awful, but oh well, i suppose the solution is to eat as may of them as possible to find what i like 🙂‍↕️
