Aaand another one! Midnight snack tonight: Baked oats

On yesterday’s menu: Sticky lemon tofu alongside steamed broccoli, baby corn, kimchi and natto on a bed of jasmin rice!

After a lovely stream with a very addictive game, I now share the breakfast I had this morning … Vegan cheese pretzels and cucumber!

Considering I keep forgetting to post stream updates here, how about we turn this into the ‘Let me cook’ space? I present to you tonight’s midnight snack: (All vegan) steak sandwich with a honey-mustard-parsley sauce and a nice little layer of cheese on the toasted slice of bread
