go and get a coffee with someone today. meet with someone you love, or someone you think you could love. ask a friend to hang out, or a neighbor, or family, or someone you often see at your bus stop. say "someone online dared me to do this" if you have to. reach out, for yourself and for others

You're going to see a lot of people saying "You have to do this today." Only thing you have to do today is survive. If you get something done, great. If you just sit around playing games and watching videos. Also great. If you can help someone else out today, perfect. But just survive.

Keep making art. Keep writing your stories. Even if they must exist in secret for a time, they are important - each of them a little act of rebellion. Most of all, keep on living. If you can muster no other motivation on some days, then do it out of righteous spite for those who want you gone.

Keep making art. Keep seeking joy. Keep supporting each other. Keep laughing, yelling, and loudly being you. The only way forward is through.
