Lucy is an exceptional athlete, a brave and supremely resilient human, and a well deserving Winter Spine Race winner. Massive congratulations from everyone at the Spine Race for letting us be a chapter in her newly unfolding and inspiring.

We’ve all just had the immense privilege of watching her do exactly that. As anyone who saw her live updates from the course will attest, she’s just blazed a trail of positivity 268 miles long...

Coming back in 2025 wasn’t an easy choice at all, it would mean facing into an immensely hurtful episode in her life, but as she wrote in a recent blog success this year would mean “drawing a line under the chaos of the last year and reclaiming my memories of the Spine for myself”…
