2 more days before the moustache hibernation.. This one has been a tough one.. Yesterday, I did a talk about my journey and why I do Movember each year. Whilst talking to those people, I realised one person every minute of that 5ish mins would have taken their own life..

I’m not over 50 but get my bloods taken routinely for my Crohns meds and for cholesterol because of my stroke… asked the nurse to add the #prostate check within yesterday’s test, she obliged… and it’s come back as normal. Don’t be afraid to ask fellas
