1/ Hypothermia ❄️ = core body temperature < 35 °C. Can be primary (cold exposure) or secondary (illness, intoxication, trauma). As core temp drops, organ function slows; severe hypothermia causes bradycardia, hypotension, and arrhythmia risk.
