Yoyo, sometimes I forget to post updates everywhere ! What was your goal for this month ? For me was getting rid of artificial sweeteners and here we are, using honey as sweetener🍯 Also, I can feel myself getting leaner and stronger so maybe my Testament dream physique can become a reality♠️

Gueeeesss who had food poisoning 🥲 Never eating buffet style stuff no more 🍚 The good thing is that it'll lead to a bit of weightloss ⚡

I've cut out chocolate last week and my skin has gotten much clearer. My sugar intake is still high, so it'll take more effort to clean everything out ! 😊 Kicking bad habits will take a while but tackling one every week or so seems best ! ⚡Still plenty to add 💅

8 days without any energy drinks. At day 5-6 the eye pain subsided. I know caffeine/taurine have effects on eye pressure so, its good to get that back to normal I think
