2kg down in a week! And apparently I shouldn't be aiming for 30kg down but more 15, to preserve muscle mass.. I should probably join a gym and start lifting, since the majority of my muscles are in my legs, and my arms could do with some work.. But 2kg is still way more progress than I expected 😁
