This got finished a lot faster than I thought it would. Love the new Groove Mozz redeem we got from this gift Houdee got for Mozz, lovely stuff. The mozzlings multiply once more

Been busy helping out with editing a friends videos, so I've not touched blender in quite a while. But I have been blessed with a video idea and free time Opened it up and was able to get the rust off in just a couple minutes and completed part of the scene, excited to see what it's like when done

Got to talking about Moth (@mothteaa.bsky.social) having grandma hobbies in tonight's stream, I got the idea to have an image of her talking about said hobbies with a fellow moth grandma (Made a close up to give a better look at the model).

Really loved Celvies hollow knight thumbnail edit on youtube. Made me want to recreate the pose and model into the scene where she first fought Hornet. (Couldn't decide if I like the strong or weak fog more) #celviart

bit disappointed I couldn't figure out how I got the lighting in the first rendition of the last scene after my PC froze. Saving is an important habit.

Was making real good progress on the render.... and then my PC crashed from all the leaves and volumetric fog while rendering. So now I'm back to before I had gotten all the lighting, fog and, leaves or even the half made pillar set up. Oh well, back to work

Alright, finally finished a lil something I was making for a friend and am back to making my own blender stuff. Working on recreating a scene in my head of Celvion's face off with Hornet in Hollow knight. Got the models mostly done (Missing a the MC's cloak) gonna work on the scenery and lighting.

Been wanting to learn some proper editing for future animations. Got a good chance doing so for VomiVT ( @vomit.vtubers.social ) Had a fun time and I'll definitely be using what I learned in future projects. www.youtube.com/shorts/KsAbQ...

Been working on another birthday project (One for which I got less than 13 hours notice) and I'm being stopped by this singular issue, everything else is going swimmingly. One toe simply refuses to be weight painted correctly and it's driving my sleep deprived and highly caffeinated self mad

Been really enjoying making smaller chibi like characters, so gonna keep that ball rolling with some fan art of art of Velkyen. Original by art by @/_ML16_ on twitter. Currently only got the basic outline and the face, gonna work on the smaller details when I'm happy with this another day.

Loved the new Celvion emotes a lot, inspired me to make this animation here. Tried out properly drawing my own textures in Krita (Used it quite sparingly in previous works) and man, it really does make things easier. SUPER happy with how the hair came out this time around, I'd say my best to date

Finally figured out how to regain access to my old models from when I first got into blender and man, my sculpting skills really took a nose dive. No idea how I made this casually in a couple days back then. I couldn't remake this if I had double the time. Though the topology is horrendous.

Finished animation, inspired by talks of farmer Moth and her iconic single tooth. Had a lot of fun with this one, learned a lot about where I can improve and new blender tricks.

This might be the best pair of eyes I've ever made, super delighted with these. Now if only I could make hair of this quality I'd be a happy camper

Halfway done. Retopology sucks, but it's also a bit therapeutic when you get into a groove. Gonna test out weight painting this for a scene I wanna make that doesn't need legs. Probably add a bit more geometry to the shoulder so it deforms properly, see if I can make some good mouth shape keys.

Got a rough body and hands, need to retopologize the body though, since I wanna use this for animating. Got it's proper shape through sculpting so it looks like full body stockings

Alright, I've finally gotten around to remaking that animatable head from 2-3 months ago. I somehow lost the files (they just went poof) so I never did anything with it. Feel like this isn't quite up to the quality of the last one, but it's a start at least

Finished up another Celvion animation. Not a game completion celebratation this time around, just a silly dataling

Mozz said "i got too enraptured in my tasty egg", and an hour later this spawned into existence against my will

Bit of behind the scenes of the Leuten project. Had a lot of lights that only affected certain objects like hair or skin. The fog is from a box using a principle volume node The giant orb above the scene is what I used to tinker with the hair highlights and the nodes I used are in the last image

Finished up a scene of LeutenVT, this went by a lot quicker than expected, incredibly happy with how it came out. Longest thing to do was individually shading all the eye ball irises and figuring out how to add highlights to hair #LeutenArt

Tonight project went really well, quite happy with how PokeLink25 came out in this piece. Getting a lot more comfortable with making hair, finally.

Mozz was playing dead space 2 and went into a vent, I had no choice after that

Been a hot minute since my last VR AVI, so I turned another model I've been working on into one. Shocked I had no real problems with this one, it just worked. Small tweaks to the height but otherwise a completely pain free experience for once. I'm really happy about this

The grass in the background of the most recent blender project did drive me slightly insane. Crashed blender 4 times, lost about 2 hours of progress from that. Nodes are really daunting to mess around with, I don't understand what all the parts do but it was fun to learn and get to work a little

Been almost a week since I did anything in blender proper, so I made what amounts to a doodle of the flower (Sunny) in Wr3nchies models ear. Lil homeboy is just hangin' out

I'VE FIXED IT! IT'S WORKING! www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjcJ... Followed this videos and all my problems were fixed. (Well, almost, now the camera isn't aligned in unity but I can just move that around) I'm so happy to have my freaky lil Dataling avatar working properly now, time to fix it up.

It's happening again! Testing a new model and it once again is doing the pirate ride camera thing when I look up and down! I don't understand what's happening in Unity for this to happen. Twice now I've had to deal with this on a model, and I've been using the exact same bones as I have before.

Was so much fun to learn about ENA last Celvion stream. Was just as fun to make this fan art of a quote in the game, with all the fun shapes the protagonist is made up of

Working on my next VRC AV and man, it's really become one of my favourite little past times. Just making new iterations of my profile pic but with a body. Short, tall, thin, large, lanky, muscular, humanoid, beast like, monstrosity, eldritch. I wanna have all sorts of versions of him.

Tried to go for less details.. not sure how I feel about it at this point, but I think with some added loose strands it could look alright. It's surprisingly hard to control how the hair looks in blender. When I move one thing another twists, but I am slowly wrapping my head around it.

Finally finished with my 4.0! I have no idea how I fixed the Pirate ship ride like camera issue I've been having with this model in particular, reset enough times that it finally worked I guess. Except for the issues of creation, he's my favourite in game since he's got no glaring issues.

Hmm, come across a new unity problem. The texture seems to be rotated 90° on the Z axis, and I can't figure out why (Image order: Blender, Unity, and then the texture itself). Wish that most of my time spent in unity wasn't trying to figure out what's wrong, still way to new to this.

What I got from seeing Celvi play R.E.P.O, is that the mini kart is priority number one, above all else. Every time it was in sight Celvi'd go at it like this (***WARNING LOUD SOUND***)

Thought for once "Hey, this avatar came out pretty good with no real issues!" Oh how wrong I was. I'm the size of a lucky charms leprechaun and my arms are not attached to my torso. Got some cleaning up to do. Unity's a lot of fun

Not making progress on the skirt physics. Taking a break from it and gave the model a basic cut (Only really meant to be seen under the actual hair, so it looks alright if there's gaps) and I'm working on the capelet (not sure if that's the term) next. Also gonna see about the accessories

Got the avatar to work how I want. Was a pain to figure out how to get an avatar with only a head working. Set the "body" to move like hair with phys bones. Not perfect, but I'm happy with the final result for now (Couldn't get eyes to glow as I speak, causes me to load into the floor somehow?)
