There seems to be some misunderstanding in the international sumo fandom - Kotozakura's dad isn't shimpan and hasn't been for quite a while now. And the wrong call by the shimpan was in Zakura's disadvantage. It was the proper thing to redo the match, even though it sucks for both rikishi. #sumo
