I remember having to avoid certain spots on the ground when I was a kid. Looking back, I have to appreciate how dedicated OCD was in its infiltration. It's like a seed that plants itself in you when you're too young to know any better only to grow into a monstrosity in your later years.

Totally relatable. I call OCD a transformer because of the way it latches onto new things I care about in my life. One day it could be relationship OCD and the next it can be harm OCD.

OCD is talented at dragging you into those time loops. What helps me is the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique: Name 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch/feel, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste. Pulls you out of the time loop and back to the present moment. #OCDToolkit #ocd
