over sxsw, i chatted to ghost of yotei campaign director (and aussie!) rob davis about his work on the game, and it turned into a nice little story about moving to the US to create games, and how ghost of yotei evolved

at sxsw sydney, ceo of neopets dominic law outlined the website's strategy for revival! it was a fascinating, honest talk about the rise and fall of neopets, and how the newly-formed world of neopia is looking to bring this website properly back

i just interviewed ron gilbert and got to tell him how much spy fox, freddi fish, and putt-putt mean to me 😭😭😭 it was very nice

at gcap 2025, the ultra cool @theboyofcheese.bsky.social delivered a talk about card design and malys that illuminated so much about the game's development process!!

having my flight out of melbourne cancelled right after boarding was not ideal, but i am in a nice hotel with nice food, and i saw the prettiest rainbow i’ve ever seen this afternoon. that made up for a lot i think.
