The worker co-op model can be applied to any sector and industry. Consumer Co-Ops combine their purchasing power to buy goods and services.

We choose Co-Ops because they are controlled democratically and because they reinvest in local communities. In traditional corporations, workers serve the interests of capital. In a worker co-op, funds serve the interests of the workers.
