If only we had large numbers of small farmers instead of a small number of corporations running farming. Earl Butz became Secretary of Agriculture in 1971. He told farmers "Get big or get out." In 1985, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp and Neil Young launched Farm Aid. Public policy matters.
