if i started a micro nation, i would name it after my third favorite thing in the world: pjøter bätter (for OBVIOUS reasons) and the national language would be bättese

i've been walking a lot around by block, just to kinda observe it as it's changing, and when i get home the thing i'm looking forward to most, especially if it's hot out, is pjøter bätter.

huh if food is too sour you can literally add baking soda. you'll have to wait for the reaction to finish but it'll be less sour and it won't taste like baking soda because the baking soda reacted with the acid. amazing.
