5 days until my holiday hiatus is over. I have so much to tell y’all. Whew!

To friends and family far and wide, Merry Christmas. May your day be filled with love, laughter, peace, and blessings. I am grateful for each of you and I wish you joy, comfort, and hope today and in the year ahead.

Please rest. Log off. Breathe. The Epstein files could’ve waited till January—they’re not going anywhere. Trump will probably skate like he always does. Your nervous system matters more than the doom scroll. Rest is resistance.

May the holidays give you laughter where you least expect it, warmth that isn’t just from a heater, and the kind of connection that carries you into the new year steadier and stronger. From my corner of the universe to yours right back at you.

If you’re waving any flag that isn’t the American flag, the Black American flag, or a flag rooted in American culture, I’m not listening. Period. You don’t get to lecture America while planting yourself under someone else’s banner. That’s not protest that’s cosplay with opinions.

I want a world where no child goes to bed hungry while billionaires argue over tax loopholes. A world where healthcare isn’t a luxury item or a GoFundMe gamble, but a basic human right—no invoices before IVs, no choosing between rent and insulin. A world where food exists to nourish people

Maryland, it’s one of those perfect days to be outside. Get together with family or friends, explore a little, and eat something with Old Bay on it. Do whatever you’re doing safely, but do it with intention. Breathe in that crisp air and make a memory you’ll smile about for years.

8 days till Christmas. Love on your people—family, friends, neighbors, even that coworker who lives on vibes and coffee. Winter is brutal, no lies, but it’s also the fastest season. This is the pause, the quiet, the inhale. The world will defrost. You will emerge. When you do—what are your goals?

What will history say about this time?

The holidays can hit extra hard if you had early-life trauma. It’s called an anniversary reaction—your nervous system remembers even when you don’t consciously try to. How to get through it: therapy, boundaries, rest, and SAD lighting. Survival is enough.

A lot of people aren’t mad because of money. They’re hurting. We lost time with our parents, missed milestones, jobs, routines, a sense of safety — and then were told to “move on.” That kind of grief doesn’t go away. It leaks out as anger. That’s the era we’re living in. Were stuck in a 2020 loop.

Maryland, on this beautiful Saturday, hit up a mom-and-pop shop. Go to a struggling local business and buy something—anything. The economy is rough, but it only keeps moving if we do. And while you’re out, meet someone new. Learn a name, hear a story, build a little community this weekend.

Democrats lose the messaging war because too many talk like hall monitors and church ushers. Then there’s me — the pin-drop in the silence, the ADHD kid who actually wakes the room up. We don’t need polite. We need fire.

You ever notice the fields being gutted are the same ones mandated to report child abuse? Funny how that works. Follow the cuts and you’ll see exactly who they’re protecting — and it’s not the kids.

There are no multi-millionaires that's been in office for decades that care about the people.

Usually, when people are jolly they are not racist, sexist, or phobic. They are typically good-looking people. People love being around them. Every day you can change and be a good person. Hate is learned, absorbed, and inherited. But it is not permanent.

Look, I am America First! No multimillionaire or billionaire is loyal to any country. I am in my community, cleaning homes for Seniors, donating money, diapers, and wipes, and buying medical supplies for the disabled. I did that because I care about humanity.
