Another day, another effort

Not really day 2 of trying to do some artistic effort on a daily basis until I remember how to trust the process, but let's call it day 2 anyways.

A little sketch to hopefully remind me how to trust the process. (Honestly, every time I put down the pen for any amount of time, it feels like everything gets data dumped)

A new foe approaches. Don't be fooled by their small size, they are not something to leave unchecked for long... at least that's the intent. AI still kinda dumb and much much balancing to be done.

Look at this dummy. He's very much aware he's standing in mud right now. He'll seek it out and just roll around in it all day.

As someone who's by no means a programmer, I am positively happy at myself for figuring out a means to walk around obstructions between tiles. Probably not a good means, but learn as you go and take victories when and where you can.

If nothing else, seeing the upgrade from capsule to character is a good moral boost.

First time making a rig with the intent to animate... probably ever. Why I elected the path of pain by opting for a cloak and long skirt is anyone's guess, but trial by fire is one way to learn, I guess. Still, happy enough to see where this goes.
