Routine and outfit! I've always been a bigger guy. Don't think I've ever been below 200lbs since highschool but I'm hoping that adding some muscle mass will eventually balance out the fat on my body. Routine and gym outfit for the day! I switched to doing Hack squats because regular squats were hurting my knee more and hack squats allow me to load heavy. I still freak out at the bottom of the squat though, even with the safety on. Something about being trapped under weight makes my heart race 😅
