If your last experience with Pokémon is gold and silver, any of the switch Pokémon games will be a fun experience. I'd say Brilliant diamond and shining pearl Slight remakes of Diamond and pearl. Also palworld if you only want the catching experience. Probably the only similarities it has 1/2
