Dear bbcradio3 I hope your listeners aren't disappointed with the proms after all the hype. You have driven me to the point of grinding my teeth everytime I hear those dreaded words. It's never been as bad as this before. What has happened to you?

I stopped listening to breakfast on Saturday: the voice of the presenter is dull, soporific, uninteresting. Surely the intention is rouse your listeners, not send them back to sleep. I realise it's difficult to fill such an early slot, but you've lost a listener...

What is the point of having politicians/experts on the radio if they are not going to comment? Is it all just posing and publicity? They really like the sound of their own voice, in my opinion.

I am fed up with BBC radio 3: it used to be my solace, but now it is dull, repetitive, self regarding. It constantly boasts about the Proms: they are not what they used to be; advertises itself, frequently, in 40 second bursts. I'm not sure who is its target listener, but it certainly isn't me.
