Nature gives us the answer to business. Annual plants turn into grasslands. Grasslands turn into shrub lands. Shrub lands turn into groves. Groves turn into mature forests. Then the wildfires come, burning it all to the ground. The process restarts. Sounds like a business cycle to me.

Anxiety, depression, restless sleep, and impostor syndrome are all side effects of burnout. You could also add high blood pressure, heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes, and substance abuse to the list. Please take care of yourselves out there!

As we all learn to manage our own impostor syndrome, let’s remember that if we discriminate, intentionally or not, we are making someone else’s impostor syndrome way more intense than it needs to be. Empathize with your peers. #impostersyndrome #empathy #cubiclefarm
