Octana used to be a mermaid at one point actually. I had changed her back cause it would be harder to animate for my game. The reason the other characters have legs actually is because they were meant for a platformer originally. Alt forms would get around that restriction. And be fun!

An idea that's been bouncing around in my head is giving the non merm characters mermaid forms they can switch to, and vice versa. (Maybe they just have a preferred form hehe) Still debating it but it could be cute. Even if I don't do that I might still occasionally draw that just for fun hehehe
