The Who had a feeling '21 was gonna be a good year. Well, that year was certainly not a good one for Roscoe Arbuckle.

TIL that the original "You Could've Been a Lady" (covered by April Wine) was more in a rock & roll style. No wonder April Wine went with the rock and roll approach! This song was later re-recorded in a more funk/disco sound in the mid 70s and that's the best version!

Posts like this make me upset. The largest part of my background (half) is Jewish. The third largest is Native (1/8, South America). Are you implying that what my native ancestors went through is less important than what my Jewish ancestors went through?

What I want people to know about these right wingers complaining about foreigners in the UK is that they're not all unemployed (no shame in that btw!) and on benefits (again, nothing wrong with that), they're also in the professional managerial class. I saw it with my own eyes at my last job!

Wrote a post about Charlie Kirk. I've been into true crime for over 20 years and there's a lot that I've learnt about the news and human psychology because of it. My current project is another true crime related book.

This is what The Diversity of Classic Rock is all about! The Beatles took inspiration from Indian classical music in the 60s and a couple of decades later a British Indian group covered one of their raga rock songs "Tomorrow Never Knows". My favourite Beatles song!

I don't care if I sound catty for saying this but damn Graham Linehan has the weirdest proportions I've ever seen. Gigantic bobblehead, no neck, shoulders narrow than mine and I'm a tiny 5'6" woman, noodle arms, and a big ass beer gut. His ugly attitude only adds to how much of an eyesore he is.

Whenever the question of what's a song you like by a band you don't like, my answer always is U2's I Will Follow. It reminds me a lot of Joy Division and I love post-punk.

I really don't get it when women say that men all like skinny women. My experience has always been men telling me that I look ugly, I'm too skinny and flat chested for them, and that they like women and not boys.

Hip-hop samples are so wild and I love it. Currently reading a book about Gentle Giant and the story of a hip-hop group telling Derek Shulman about this song by an unknown band called Gentle Giant not realising who they're sitting in front of is hilarious.

Not gonna lie, seeing "autism" influencers attributing every little thing to their so-called autism and acting like autism is joy feels like stolen valour. If I call it out, people yell at me for "invalidating". But if I talk about the real difficulties, I get told I have "internalised ableism".
