Proper 3D stages in Ikemen GO nightly builds finally got me into playing MUGEN instead of just watching videos after all these years. Been building an army.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. Late April and May were terrible for me and my mental health was at a far bigger low than it usually is. (which is still rather low, due to worries about my future and my regrets and such) ...Hopefully things will improve this year.

On Jan 1st of this year, I finally re-found an old fakemon site from my youth... Looked in my storage, saw pages I printed out in early 2006 from the site, and the url was shown on the bottom of the paper... My year has turned out horrible since 2 weeks ago, but it started great.

In La Cite des Cloches, some of the gravestones are dated 1482. This was the year of the setting of the original Hunchback of Notre Dame story by Victor Hugo, so the Disney adaption - at least in Kingdom Hearts DDD - is following suit.

Monstro's Kingdom Hearts 1 skybox for the Bowels/Throat/Stomach map bizarrely has a daytime sky. Thought it was just the Destiny Islands one, but it's actually different. The other cloud texture is slightly less detailed than DI's too. From what I've seen, the Monstro sky isn't seen anywhere else.

Been looking at the Kingdom Hearts Monstro map models and realized that the concept art of the Chambers isn't some generic visual guideline of the typical roomscapes there, but specifically Chamber 5, looking towards the top-most ledge where Puppies 79-80-81 are.

Here's Hollow Bastion's KH1 map. It's like 99% done, I just currently think the orange letter guide circles are too large for the maps, and the arrow for Entrance Hall doesn't need to be there as 2F to 1Fs of my other maps don't have it. (In Re: Coded, the floors ARE separate maps)

I did finish Monstro in the past few days, which I'm proud of. Also made a fun little guide on Chasing Riku/Pinocchio the first time around.

Lmao I really should work on these imagined Kingdom Hearts 1 minimaps more. A few are in progress and I only really finished Hollow Bastion at the end of 2020.

The craziest thing I never noticed about the Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire logos until earlier this January was that there's a tiny thin border that is a different color between versions.

So this house in Pokemon Gen 2's Fuchsia City is completely useless, if anyone was wondering why it was gone in HG/SS. Never paid attention to it as a kid, but looking back at it, it's very mysterious. There is absolutely *NOTHING* there. No hidden scripts. Nada. Wtf
