Nebraska lawmakers have approved a bill that will wind back voter-approved minimum wage growth. If the legislature doesn’t like what we vote for, they just enact a bill that negates the will of the people.

I wish more people had shown up in Nov. My grandmother voted in the first election women could vote. She had given birth to 15 of her 16 kids by then (my dad was #14). She voted in every election after that & told us - especially the girls - not to ever take our right to vote for granted.
