Today is my Affiliate Anniversary stream proper. I have absolutely nothing for ally planned so we're gonna dive into this and do whatever the hell we want. Also I'm going to be doing a fairly long stream today, so I'll be starting later in the day to allow myself time to get some work done.

I deeply apologize for my radio silence. I really needed yesterday to just rest. I'm not 100% today but I'm well enough to stream. I think we'll be playing more Gundam Breaker 4 because it reignited my addiction to the game. Stream will be later this afternoon, at 4PM Central.

What's that saying about best laid plans? Apparently they don't account for becoming horribly sick from dinner and still being awake late at night. I may be able to stream in the afternoon but will updated after I get some rest.

We switched to Gundam Breaker 4! I had vastly underestimated the amount of grinding I'd have to do in stream to wrap up Soul Hackers 2. I'll work on it behind the scenes so that hopefully by the end of the month we can actually wrap up the Platinum, as it involves an entire second playthrough.

Quick update I've secured a new capture card and have put it through extensive testing. This means the show is back on the road soon. Soon being Monday. I'll be streaming daily, at minimum for four hours, through the rest of the month to celebrate not just my affiliate anniversary but my birthday.

Watching this Alien Sharks: Death Down Under special and this dude just grabbed a Port Jackson Shark and closed his hands around its gills. He then hauls it onboard a ship, holds it on a table so he can slam his hand down on the barb? What happened to the era of educating about sharks?

After watching today's Pokemon Presents I can't help but feel utter disappointment. Somewhere I maintained some small hole that Legends Z-A would be another Arceus. Yet to me it just looks like your run of the mill Pokemon game with vestigial elements of Arceus.

I am genuinely beside myself. I have no idea how I'll get a new capture card. The constant one step forward/two steps back on my life may not be surprising but it's still exhausting.

Unfortunate update. It is not the cable for the device, but the device itself. As of now I have essentially lost my ability to stream any console game. An upgrade or replacement card just simply isn't in the budget.

To my immense annoyance while going to set up a system so I could stream today, my laptop is no longer identifying my capture card.

I'm pleased to share that something I've been working on in the background has come to fruition. One of my major goals was to establish myself enough that I can return to some level of game coverage, without being under the rigid rules of someone else. As of last week I've taken that first step.
