My FIL turns 90 this year. He still plants and harvests his own garden, does all the lawn maintenance and most of the house maintenance, drives(really shouldn't), helps his neighbors, and is more mentally competent than POTUS. He absolutely SHOULD NOT be required to also go to any sort of job.
