My exhibition, Field Notes, opens tomorrow at the McMichael with a talk at 2pm with curator John Geoghegan. The show collects works produced through a long term study of a farmers field in King City Ontario that is home to Shift 1970 by Richard Serra, a colony of herons, and a wide range of plants.

Unfinished Sculpture 2024 A homemade replica of a Rietveld zig-zag chair made from ash planks cut from the trunks of trees that died as a result of the invasive emerald ash-borer beetle, with wayfinding compass, whistle and prism.
