I think CBT is one of the most bullshit forms of therapy for a lot of reasons, and I think my last therapist trying to do the "and why do you have that thought?" when I tried telling her that coffee shops don't want you to be there all day without buying anything illustrates part of that.

I was thinking about how to describe what I think is actually a scary clown. And like a lot of it is someone whose smile never reached the eyes trying to force happiness and I did realize I guess mr beast could be a form of a scary clown.

Years ago when I moved I just chose a doctor closest to me, and learned the hospital system I chose was owned by ascension when the obgyn told me I needed to go to the university hospital to get proper treatment for my endometriosis. And I had even already had a partial hysterectomy, didn't matter.
