Just finished The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides and I highly recommend. It’s been a while since a book has actually surprised me.

It took me 2 weeks to figure out what’s been causing this stubborn headache. I’m low on sodium/electrolytes causing my blood pressure to drop which has been causing the headache. 😭 I’m still learning about POTS but I’ll be adding electrolytes/salty snacks to my migraine cure list.

A bunch of people are worried about Discord and their new policy for age verification especially given their track record. Knowing Discord absolutely isn’t secure I’ve been scouting for a new place for my community to land. Steam is a top contender but I’ve been impressed with Valour so far.

I keep seeing folks say they'll just accept a Teen Friendly account on Discord rather than scan or ID and I don't know if I wanna mass normalize leaving NSFW pals out in the cold yet again. Especially with all the censorship stuff goin on I think we gotta stand with the freaks now more than ever.
