I was in an car accident yesterday that totaled my car. I'm bruised but okay. A lot of people have asked how they could help and at this stage my most pressing concern is for transportation. Getting a POTS & hEDS diagnosis has seriously helped me. I've learned so much about my body and burnout has chilled out. I've figured out a schedule that doesn't leave me exhausted so I can be more consistent. I'm taking meds and giving myself grace when I need to rest. I hope this trend continues.
