Frameworks are great … fast forward 10 years … you’ve built a ton of abstractions on top of it, the framework is dead, documentation is old, only a handful of engineers who were available from the start know how to navigate all the built-in magic and it takes 8 months to onboard a new engineer

3 years at GitHub and counting. The longest I've worked at a company was 2 years and 7 months. At GitHub I broke this and every additional day I spend here is a new record. The people I have the privilege to work with everyday make this experience both a blessing & pure joy.
