Trump will worsen the housing crisis by: ⚠️ taking away housing from poor & working people ⚠️ letting corporations rig the rules in their favor & ⚠️making it easier for landlords to discriminate against immigrants & people of color

No matter where we come from or what language we speak, our country has the resources to ensure that all of us have a safe place to call home. But Trump blames immigrants of color, Black people (immigrant or otherwise), and people struggling to make ends meet for our hard times.

Homes are supposed to be our safe havens. “So many people who are afraid of ICE enforcement, at work or at schools, are staying at home as a refuge,” NHLP's Marie Claire Tran-Leung said. HUD's collab with DHS is an attempt to weaponize HUD and the public housing authorities as tools for violence.
