Ran the Calcutta-scenario of Two-headed Serpent this weekend. It is the weakest scenario of the whole campaign. Premise of bringing all the bad guys to one spot is good but the plot is based on pretty arbitrarily found clues. It's a far cry from Oklahoma, which is a great city sandbox. #pulpcthulhu

Another wonderful session of The Two-Headed Serpent. Players pushed a shit ton of sweaty dynamite through the phase gate in Congo, straight into the basement of the Caduceus building. They stayed behind, hell bent on taking vengeance on the vice-governor. It's going ggggrreat.

Posting my favourite castle. Oka-jo in Taketa, Kyushu. It's a ruin, with only the massive retaining wall remaining. The site is nothing short of breathtaking and it's a lovely highlight on the Okobungo trail before ending in Taketa, just the cutest Edo period castle town.

Two sessions of Impossible Landscapes have passed. Agents have stood at the precepise of the Night Floors twice now. They know they need to go in. They are thoroughly rattled. One keeps talking about "doing something incredibly stupid soon". The other talks about "doing the old fuel-truck trick."

I ran part one of the Congo-scenario for The Two-Headed Serpent with Pulp Cthulhu this weekend. It's such a silly thing with the tse-tse flies and laser-staff dino riders. All night I was in my head like: "This next bit way too dumb. No way this works." And my investigators were having a blast. 🤷‍♂️

I'm reading the Delta Green handler's guide for the first time. I never gave much of a shit for canon and it seems I didn't need to. It all just sort of falls in place. By which I mean OPERATION MALLORY is real close to a 1962 op I wrote for a home campaign about a decade ago.
