UPDATE: I FIXED IT First time EVER going to the official website solved a problem for me, FUCK YOU Overwolf, KILL YOURSELF for making me lose days of work and mental health over this

Got it fixed! Turned out another program I had called Overwolf had a ghost update that boosted the fuck out of its gpu consumption, and both it and CSP were fighting each other for the gpu After uninstalling overwolf CSP runs fine now, whew!
