♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Imagine you try to run away from a large boulder you have tied yourself to with a short rope. How far do you think you would get? Not very far right? Try to think about that the next time you would like to pursue something. Yet refuse to let go of your past~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ When it comes to having dreams in life. It's up to you to decide when you're going to get up and pursue them. Because dreams will only remain just that, a dream. Until you put some action into taking the steps to make them come true on your own. Okay~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You shouldn't have to prove yourself to anyone except yourself. Prove to yourself that you are capable of survival despite the odds. That you're still able to succeed no matter what happens. Why? Because you owe it to yourself for making it this far. Good job~!

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Just as some people don't necessarily want anything in return for their kindness. You don't always have to return the favor or want anything in return either. Why can't people just be nice because they can? Being kind out of obligation isn't being kind to oneself~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Everyone should have something they’re thankful for in life. And around this time of year, a lot of Americans are reminded that they should be thankful they’re still here. But every now and then, I think. Why should we have to wait to be thankful only once a year~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Imagine that you're able to meet all of your goals. You've reached your dreams and you're successful. But, it was at the cost of yourself. Would that really be considered an achievement? The loss of appreciating yourself for reaching the stars? I wouldn't think so~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Everyone has the same 365 days a year to make a change. To make some sort of difference in the world or within themselves. And the first step towards that change, is to make the decision that you're not wanting to stay in the same mindset anymore~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ True perfection doesn't exist in a person. Everybody has their flaws and struggles to deal with. It's just up to you where your struggles are originating from. Either your environment or within yourself. And more importantly, how you're able to deal with and overcome them~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You shouldn't put yourself down for feeling your emotions. Life happens to everyone all of the time. You're allowed to be tired from doing something tiring. Or maybe feeling stressed because you've done something stressful. You're doing just as well as you can, okay?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Someone who is a good leader of others. Shouldn't have the need to remind others that they are the leader. They just lead others in a good way. If you have to remind people that you are in charge. Are you really a leader, or just being a bully that abuses power~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Sometimes, healing may feel a bit uncomfortable. You could still feel some pain and struggle a little. Healing isn't always like a scab on skin. Sometimes, it may be like broken ceramic in need to be glued back together with positive experiences. Everyone heals differently~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You're going to experience and hopefully learn so much throughout life. Most of them new, and some things may be repeated. So, if you're continuously overwhelmed with so much already. Why would you keep stressing yourself out over something that happened in the past~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ It's never too late or too early to build yourself into who you want to be. You're able to change or remain the same at any time. And you can make the best or worst of most choices. I personally hope that you make the best of them. Try to live a life worth being proud of~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Today's tip is a reminder that it's okay to want more for yourself. To try and live life despite all the challenges you face. That you should never give up, because giving up means that you no longer believe in yourself. And to Envision and pursue a future where you thrive~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ If you truly want to get something done in life. You should really try to get it done as soon as you are able to. Do not put it to the side "until later" for too long. Because if you continuously put it off like that, eventually 'Later' may become Never~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Life will feel a lot better and you will learn a lot more. If you don't focus it around what's happening in your surroundings. But instead center it around how to maintain your inner peace and improving yourself. As well as mutual support between those around you~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ People seem to have this mindset that all hope is lost once life knocks them down. But it's right there where some of the greatest lessons are learned. The only way one's hope is truly lost, is if that person stays down. So get up and dust yourself off, you'll be okay~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Only you are truly responsible how you will think, feel, and act everyday. That power is yours to wield alone. You should NEVER grant anybody else that power. Because it can just as easily be abused if not used against you. So try to wield it as responsibly as you can, ok~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ In order to make a real difference in the world. You don't only need to put in a lot of work to make it. You also need to become the difference yourself, so your impact is that much greater to those around you. A true impact affects everyone. Preferably in the best way~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Too many people today build their lives around their fears, rather than their potential. They always feel unsure they'll get what they want, so they never take the risk to try. Don't be so afraid of risk, you may end up surprised by the result if you apply yourself more~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Life is full of and lived by the many different decisions and choices we make through it. Some we may be proud of, some we might regret, and some possibly haunt us the rest of our lives. But, only you can choose who you become and how you live life to the best that you can~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Honesty is often rooted in the truth and I believe it needs to be used in a more constructive way than destructive. It doesn't always need to be brutal, hurtful, or cause lasting pain. Honesty should be used for more support, communication, and trust between people~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ In this world we live in, it's super easy to get overwhelmed and stressed out from the sheer pressure of life. And with so much coming at us at nearly all times. The last thing you need stressing you out and making your life more miserable, is yourself. Ok~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Bad days never last forever unless you choose to keep thinking about them. And, good days won't last forever either unless you think about those too. But, if the good things really lasted forever, would you still really appreciate how precious those moments truly are~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ I can promise you that you're not the only person who has issues. But, the major difference between you and everyone else. Is how you deal with and react to those problems as they arise. You're doing just fine, everyone deals and handles their situations differently~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Life may feel as if your best is all you need to make it. Well sometimes, you may not feel like your best. Let's be honest, it's hard to keep that up all the time. So on the days you can't perform your best. Just put out what you can, I promise that's just as good~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses in certain aspects in their lives. The challenge is to not only recognize which is which through trial and error. But there's also the challenge in enhancing your strengths by accepting if not overcoming your weaknesses~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ I sincerely hope, that you'll have enough courage to take a risk sometimes. Either you get what you wanted, or maybe you won't. And you'll walk away with a lesson, or find something better. Because that's just how life is on some occasions. At least you can say you tried~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Sometimes in life, you're eventually going to need to make a tough decision by choosing to give up on some of the people you come across. Not in the terms that you don't seem to care. But because they don't seem to care about anything, including themselves~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Trying to help someone who doesn't want it. Is like trying to show them something but they're covering their eyes. If you can't help them see what their problems are. Well, that's literally not your problem. You're free to wait, but that's just limiting your own potential~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Masks are seen as showing appreciation to the spirit of Halloween. But, I would like to bring attention to the people who wear emotional masks every day of the year. I hope that you're doing okay, and if by chance you are not. Then I hope you will be eventually~♡

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Having an argument with someone rarely solves anything. You may both believe you are right about something. But sometimes, you just can't change their mind. And worst of all, if the argument escalates to yelling. That just means you're both being too loud to listen~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ During this journey of life, it may feel like you need to find yourself. And of course that is quite admirable. After all, you recognize that you need to improve. But, I don't think that life is about finding out who you are. It's about building up to who you want to be~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Being considered as 'good' or a 'good person' doesn't only stem from who you are. The other half of that equation, comes from what you do. What are you doing that has others believe that you're good? And for a better question. What are you doing to be good to yourself too~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ One day, I hope you realize that there's just bad people to either you or to others, and nothing that you say or do. Is never going to change them. If you find these people, you will let them go. No matter how close they are, it’ll only hurt more if you keep them around~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Everybody goes through different problems every day. Some may be similar from different angles. But advice in general is just words. And they're still meant to help people. I may not be able to help everyone with my tips, but I hope that they're at least helping someone~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Sometimes, all we can do, is keep moving forward. Why? Because that's what Time does, it moves forward and there is nothing that can stop it. Even if we could redo something or fix a regret. We would have never learned any of the lessons we have so far. Right~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ No matter how nice you are. There's just going to be some situations where you may be perceived as the "villain" in their story. And for your sake, please don't allow their cruelty to harden your heart. Enemies may be inevitable. But your inner peace should be undeniable~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ NEVER beg anyone for Love, Attention, or Respect that you should really be showing yourself. For chasing after the validation of others, is never worth it. You NEED to respect yourself more than anyone. Especially when you need to walk away from something or even Someone~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You need to be more proud of yourself sometimes. You don't always need to have approval or praise from others to feel good. You are allowed to be proud of yourself too. Especially when it comes to the progress and growth you've made that nobody else sees~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Don't stare at your past. Not only will you be missing the opportunities in front of you, but you shouldn't focus on all the bad either. It's okay to look back sometimes, just to see how much you've survived, the lessons you may have learned, and how far you have come~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ I find it interesting how people complain about wasting their time. Wouldn't that mean they're just wasting more time by complaining? I'm sure you can find something to fill that time in! A new hobby, try something new, it's not a waste if you're being productive~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Just because some people may hang around and laugh with you doesn't exactly always make them a "friend." People are getting dangerously good at pretending these days. So try to pay attention. For there will be some real situations that may expose some of those fake people~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You need to try to have just a little bit more confidence in yourself. Self-Confidence derives itself from recognizing how much stronger you have become. But if you undervalue yourself and don't appreciate that strength, then you simply will never improve~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ You're only able to live this lifetime, once. Yet, it's possible to die twice. The first time is physically, but the second is the last time you are remembered. So lead your life well and positively, okay? Try leaving a good memory to those you've helped for the better~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ Sometimes, you'll be able to feel when it's time to move on to the next chapter in your life. And it is right there, that true growth comes to fruition. When you get tired of where you are or what is happening. And actually would like to change something for the better~
