♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Strength doesn't come from doing something you're already capable of doing. Instead, it comes from overcoming your limits that you didn't think of. Kind of like rebuilding muscle after a tough workout. Or recalling knowledge from something you have learned previously.

Everyone has different ways of coping with their emotions. It's just a matter of which is able to help you the best~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ With so much going on in life, there may be some situations that are your fault, are not your fault, or maybe a bit of both. But regardless of what happened. The most important thing about it all is that you learned something. And can use that experience to improve further~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Just as you shouldn't force others into opening up to you. Neither should you feel compelled to open up to others. Trust should be given cautiously, for the fact that it's so easy to break. People will open up when they feel safe, and nobody should be forced to share~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ It's okay to feel your emotions. You can yell when you're angry, or cry when you get sad. But you should never stay that way. Feel those emotions, let them pass, and then keep moving forward. And if you need help along the way, don't be afraid to ask for it. Okay~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ While Depression is a monster of our own making that's rooted deep within us and stemming from our past. It doesn't mean that all hope is lost. You are able to learn to smile and live again. It may just take some time to get to that point. But I believe in your growth~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Sure, sometimes you'll need to cope by doing things on your own. But that doesn't mean that you have to always remain that way. Whether you believe it or not, there are people who care about you. Just, try not to push them too far away to the point of no return~

Your mind tries to make sense of what it can't understand. Just try to be careful, because the same can also hinder your growth~

Help is available, whether that's through friends, family, or professionally. For your sake try to recognize that you need help and seek it out~

There's just as many different solutions, answers, and even perspectives to counter them. There's never a single answer for everything. You just need to try to find one that helps you~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Trust should be hard to give, yet it is also so easy to break. People today often lie and cheat their way into obtaining what they want. But it doesn't mean that everyone is untrustworthy either. You always have the choice as to how much trust you place into others~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ When was the last time you listened to someone? And I mean Really listen to someone vent about what they're going through. People don't really seem to 'listen' anymore. They just wait for their turn to talk. Try summarizing what you've heard back to them. THEN respond~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Being wrong isn't always a sign of weakness. I like to believe that it's actually a sign you re capable of growth. You see, being wrong and learning something new from the experience. Can also prove to others and yourself, that you have the open-minded willingness to learn~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ People really need to learn how to apologize properly. "I'm sorry if You were offended, I'm sorry but You were," are NOT real apologies. That just shifts the blame. You need to take accountability for what happened and verbalize how you've learned from the situation. Okay~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Becoming a better person doesn't always need to be seen. It doesn't have to be praised or posted on social media. No, truly good people don't need validation or even call themselves a 'good person' either. It's just so much of their character, that it just comes naturally~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Humanity is a judgmental species. No matter who you are or where you come from. Everyone you meet judges you. Hardly anyone can be curious anymore. Have you tried asking how that person became who they are? While it never excuses their behavior. At least you'd know~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ The best way to improve your quality of life can't be taught through others. In the age of media where advice is EVERYWHERE and even my tips aren't any different. That doesn't mean they're all hot air either. The best way to improve, is to believe that you always can~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ You don't always have to be optimistic or pessimistic. Sure, some days you may lean towards one over the other. But as long as you believe that you'll be okay. Regardless of the result, that's all you really need. Two things can be true, from certain points of view~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ You have been, are, and always will be the main character of your own story in life. That is a given fact, that only applies to your life alone. It's when you try to make yourself the main character in the lives of others where it becomes an issue~

Life has an interesting way of testing your limits and patience, especially through people. It's up to you whether or not you should try one more time, or to move on~

That way you have more of a variety that make up who you are. And you won't be stuck if one of those things doesn't work out~

You can also learn with a little help from someone close to you. When the weight of the world is a bit too heavy to bear, a little assistance could go a long way~

Because life is about focusing on yourself and what you accomplish. Not trying to force yourself on others who may never like you~

Whether that is for the better or worse, is up to your mindset and your outlook. It's okay to be wrong sometimes, just try not to spend the rest of your life paying for it~

That way, there's room for either the possibility of something better if not more unexpected in the best way~

♥︎Marina's tip of the day♥︎ When life seems to hurt you, be sure to pay proper attention. It might be trying to teach you something. When life knocks you down, it may possibly be sending you down there to find something. Either a lesson in the environment, or even within yourself~

You are still able to learn how to do things correctly at your own pace and that's okay. Rushed work often has more mistakes than methodical work~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ It's very hard to change someone's perception of you. Some people didn't like who you used to be, and some may not like you now. Question is, why does that matter so much? If they are not willing to value you as a person, then why should you have to value their opinions~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ There is nothing wrong with setting boundaries just so you can have some peace of mind. People may get mad at you, or you may feel discouraged from setting those boundaries at all. But try to remain vigilant and remember why they need to be set in the first place~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ One of the most unfortunate truths in the world we live in. Is that negativity spreads further and faster than positivity does. Especially in a world where media is everywhere, and negativity gets the most views. The only factor that will ever change that outcome, is us~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ While stability in any capacity may be tough to come by. It's possible to obtain and maintain through hard work. But, NEVER try to look for stability through others who are also unstable. You need to secure your stability first, before attempting to help anyone else. Okay~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Nobody likes seeing people close to them get hurt. And while you may be valid in your concern, it can also be misjudged. People learn better after they're hurt. If they really want something, and end up getting hurt, don't mock them. Just support their learning process~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Most problems are the product of limited perspective. But it's not our fault because people only see the problem in front of them. But if you learn to see the bigger picture. You could find a way past it, if not maybe make the problem small enough to where it's irrelevant~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ The longer you dwell on all the horrible people and things that have happened in your past. The more all of that will have control over you and you'll lose focus on what's actually important to you and your well being. Forgiveness doesn't excuse them, it just lets it go~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ More people are likely to be angry at a liar. Than someone who made a mistake but takes accountability for it. Sure they'll be mad in either scenario. But you're more likely to maintain your connection with them by accepting responsibility than you by lying to cover it up~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ While it's nice to find some like-minded friends to surround yourself with. Please remember that not all of them will be leading the same path as you. Some of them may be, and some won't. And that's okay, you shouldn't force anyone to head in the same direction you are~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ People often believe that they know what's "best" for the others. Yet rarely consider the their feelings. While you think you know what's best. You really don't, everyone is free to choose what's best for themselves. And the only person you know what's best for is yourself~

Marina's tip of the Day~ People tend to believe that they have to follow their family. But one of the best things about life. Is that you have the choice to choose who your emotional family is. And whether or not that is your blood family. All that matters is that you receive the support you need~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ Nobody likes a liar. Whether that is to impress someone, avoid judgement, or even to protect the feelings of others. Consistently lying to someone will just prove to them that they can't trust you. And when honesty becomes optional, belief becomes impossible~

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ There can be a lot of different reasons why someone does something. It could be in reaction to their situation, the attention it nets them, or for the sake of others. Regardless of the reason, be sure that it's not to the detriment to others, and especially yourself. Okay~?

♥︎Marina's tip of the Day♥︎ There's a difference between being Talented vs someone vastly Experienced in their craft. Yet most tend to lose their motivation whenever they come across someone talented. Well, I believe that the shimmer of Talent dulls in comparison to the shining glow of Experience~

Is that knowledge should be applied to your actions in order to fully grasp the concept of understanding~
