Thinking about how my favorite musician, Prince, passed away 9 years ago on this day. I remember people reached out to me asking if I was okay, like I had lost a relative or best friend. My Morris friends showered me with love and had me make a mix CD so we could dance together in the dark.

Yeah so Kendrick and SZA was life-changing. US Bank stadium is garbo for music but their show was so tight it still sounded dope, and it didn't quit the whole time. Instead of having one person open, they played together the whole show it was so well planned. Loved the whole damn thing. Still in awe

Prince was the greatest musician to ever live because he was doing all of this shit on tape. TAPE. The cutting and splicing, the tedious, precarious nonsense that came with home recording at that time. He did it all himself at such a high energy and proficiency level that it blew everyone's mind.
