Good morning 🌞 So I’ve learned today that apparently 80% muscle mass at my age and height is pretty high. Now, I’m not suggesting we could get down and I’d win, but I’m in pretty good shape at this point. So, fuck with me. 🦍

I had the worst acid reflux last night and into part of today and I’m sure it has everything to do with the addition of spinach to my post-workout shakes. It never happened to me before I started this new concoction. I think after last night I’ll stop with the Popeye fuel. 🦍

It’s been almost 2 weeks since I made the firm decision to live my life clean shaven again and I honestly couldn’t feel more like myself. I love having my face back. ❤️

I said this some time ago but ARC Raiders feels like the most natural replacement for what was planned with Factions 2. Just with an extreme shift to sci-fi and an obvious spin on the extraction genre specifically. I think original fans of that concept should definitely look into ARC Raiders. 🦍

For the past 10 weeks or so tenacity, determination and discipline have been everything. I got tired of wondering what might’ve been. What I was capable of doing or what my limitations were. “Fuck around and find out mfer”. And so it goes. 🦍
