Something to understand about measles is that if you do contract it and survive, it completely resets your immune system to zero. You have to revaccinate against everything. You lose all inherited immunity from your mother. Many measles survivors die from a later illness because of this.

To really reduce federal spending, Trump should buy the GLP-1 patents and provide the drug to Americans at cost. Solving obesity solves so many other health problems, and healthcare spending is roughly $1.6T of the $6.7T budget, nearly double our non-defense discretionary spending.

People are missing the point on this legislation: it's more like speed limits than it is a wholesale 'great firewall' ban on minors. It acts as a community guideline for what's safe and acceptable, and enforcement will likely be sporadic at best. But it means parents are no longer fighting alone.

After some discussions with my first grader at the dinner table, this morning we submitted his proposal for the Science Fair. His hypothesis is that plants will grow better with Gatorade than with water. We had to title the project, so of course I suggested "What Plants Crave" and he agreed.
