i think about how simple 2d games can still be outstanding flagbearers of good game feel and design. technological progress in video games doesn't always signify a growth in game quality, and at times actually obscures the quality of the game and distracts from its flaws.

turns out sky follower bridge was pretty useful

also in light of recent events, i believe that hosting a website with one's work has become much more appealing than posting exclusively to social media. it can be a bit of setup, but i'd recommend taking the time to get an HTTPS certificate. letsencrypt worked well for me (see: www.posshydra.com)

v1 of the touchscreen badge i made for anthrocon earlier this year. really threw it together at the last second with hot glue and electrical tape lol. shorted the sd card reader the day before so i had to scrape together a bluetooth communication method, will post the code/"schematic" soon
