Slay the Spire 2 Steam Early Access Release Set for March Mega Crit announced that its roguelike deckbuilder Slay the Spire 2 will release on Steam Early Access on March 5, 2026. The game, a sequel to 2019’s Slay the Spire, is expected to spend one-to-two years in Early Access. Slay the Spire 2 is set a thousand years after its predecessor as the Spire reopens its doors. The game will feature new slayers, cards, mechanics, personalities, archetypes, events, enemies, and treasures. It is built on a brand new game engine with new visuals and expanded modding support.
