Green Party vs Reform Human rights Reform UK would leave the ECHR and replace the Human Rights Act with a “British Bill of Rights” for “law-abiding people”. It pledges to scrap the Equality Act 2010 and DEI rules. The Green Party would defend the HRA + ECHR and strengthen Equality Act enforcement.
