I started to rewatch this show and it is still a gem. It is called friendly rivalry and it is on Netflix ❤️ #friendlyrivalry #kdrama

But the plot twist is goated.

I feel I'm out of touch now, seeing so many people pinning for long seasons of television shows. I remember what a breath of fresh air it was when I first encountered kdramas 15 years ago, with 16-ep shows that were complete in a single season. And anime like Haibane Renmei and Lain, complete in 13.

If making me feel uncomfortable while watching was the goal for #StillShining mission accomplished. I don't think I've ever rooted harder for a couple to stay the hell away from each other. #KDramas This should have been a no backsides drama.

I'm watching THE Producers now and it's the funniest #kdrama I've seen. It's astonishing, but 2015 IU looks just like 2026 IU. It's fun to see her do comedy when she's also my favorite song writer and singer. Kim Soo-hyun may still be proven guilty, but no hard evidence has been revealed yet.

As soon as this man walks into a casting room, he gets an immediate green light. And we are the beneficiaries. I feel like I'm watching at least 3 shows with him in it right now. #KDrama life

Yup. One of the reasons #Kdrama took the world by storm. No coincidence the vast majority of Korean scriptwriters are women. And having attended many a screenwriting workshop & class, I know for a fact that Hollywood, dominated by male screenwriters & directors, views men as its chief audience.

kdramas will have the most serious plot going on and then there’s a random evil thug guy who looks like he was a YG idol in the 2010s doing the most cartoonish over the top performance for all 10 minutes of screentime he gets across 16 episodes
