“Yeah, I don't have that problem. My friends just want me cause I'm cute and have a kissable face?” Marcel leaned back in his seat

“Yeah, that's why you go out and make some one friends. I thought a space princess would be able to make a lot of friends?” He grabbed her cheeks and pinched them “or are you just too embarrassed to go out and make them? Scared?”

“Yeah, you don't get out much with people do you? I've been gone a whole year and yet you're still the same ol' star.” He sighed softly

“No, you can hyperfixate without needing to be dressed for the occasion. Look it up.” He slid his phone over to Star, ordering their breakfast

“It is fine, I just want to eat before you start your hyperfixation.” He pulled her menu down with his finger “I love hearing your ramblings, I swear.”

“Yeah, but I said no more space talk before you asked. I'm not a space guy. I'm a dungeon guy.”

He pressed his finger against her lips and shook his head, sliding her the menu again “No space, just think about food.”

He nodded his head while listening to the blond speak, his hand gently poking her nose “No more space talk, it's hard enough to keep you focused on this planet.”

“Going out too far is cool but most of the planet hasn't been discovered yet. So I'll stick with searching for things here.”

“I like food, what can I really say? It's my life about now; eat, sleep, and travel.” He stretched a bit, tapping the table

He nodded his head and placed his hand on her head, finding them a seat

“I am getting a stack of pancakes and a plate of bacon, maybe a steak. . .yeeeeeah~”

“Its a chill little spot, pancakes here are fluffy and the syrup sweet as can be.”

He walked her to the nearest cafe, stretching his limbs out with a soft yawn.

He fixed his hair and handed her his hair brush, standing up soon after with his hand out “Breakfast?”

The ravenette soon woke up hours later after the long night has past, his hand rubbing his eyes under his glasses

The night was long but the cuddling was nice

Marcel gave her a gentle pat on the head in his sleep, snug on the ground under the night sky. The cool breeze felt good on his skin

Marcel would slowly slide back back until he was laying on the ground beside Star, his arms across his chest

The usual outcome when they were around, casual sleeping that can't be interrupted by much

And nothing did happen, Marcel quietly slept against Star that night. His head against hers and his silence turned into soft snoring

His head fell against hers as his eyes closed, the quiet making him more tired than he's realized. Marcel just realized, his chest rising and falling softly

Marcel kept his hand on her head while they stargazed, taking in the night like they've done plenty of times in the past

He placed his hand on her head and nodded, sitting in a comfortable silence. His eyes aimed at the sky

“Yeah, time flies when you aren't doing a thing really.”

“Yeah, we have grown a lot. It's been that long. A lot of friends I made seemed to have vanished. Time to make more.”

“A year or so, give or take. It's usually what happens when I wander off to do something.”

He shook his head, patting the seat at his side

“Not even close.” He sighed heavily

Marcel pulled out a pack and handed it right over “You need it more right now, it's better than paper.“

“Do you want gum?!”

“Why so aggressive?!”

Marcel sat outside, looking at the sky

“I spotted a cute girl today, ugh. . .shoulda' talked to her.”

Marcel is here, bored out of his mind

“Ah! Aaaaahhhh! Fuck! I hope I didn't miss too much!? I've been in the abyss!”

A long yawn escaped the lips of the adventurer, rolling his shoulders while munching on a piece of toast

Flops onto bed

He wrapped his arms around the princess, burying his face into her hair while she spoke. Marcel hasn't really embraced someone for this long in awhile “Keep talking.” The male muttered while slow dancing with Star, passing time

As food was cooked, Marcel opened his arms for Star. Just allowing her the moment to chat up close “Yeah, I understand.” He hummed a soft tune

He just silently smirked while letting the meatballs cook in a pot, grabbing a bunch of noodles and sauces “Uh, huh. Sure, Princess.“

He just chuckled a bit before his cheeks heated up from being called her Knight, it felt nice to have a proper title. “Yeah, I'll add some tiny spices. So you don't get too burned.” Marcel teased before pulling her over

“Yeah, we have been apart for some time but now that I am back. I will be the best knight I can be!” He massaged some spices into meat that was rolled into meatballs, grabbing some mutated spicy peppers “You want super heat or no? These peppers will make you breathe fire.”

“No Knight huh? Hm, well. I'm not connected to any other princess. So if you are looking for one-!” Marcel smiled while walking into the kitchen, he grabbed his 'kiss the cook' apron and began rummaging through the fridge. “Alright!”

“What are you hungry for? I could cook or we could use those scissors of yours and go out somewhere for lunch? Up to you.” He was making her choose this time and was ok with whatever she chose “So, who's the knight to you princess? I never asked.”

“Heh, I didn't understand them and what they wanted. Comprehension was not on my mind that day.” He laughed softly before taking Star up to the kitchen, his head shaking slightly “It has been about an hour or so, but I haven't eaten yet and I'm famished.”

“Nah, they aren't. They do a lot, surprised I survived my fight with one. But bad luck can't affect me if I'm dead.” He snickered softly before looking up at Star, holding his hand out to help her down “Hungry?”

“Eldritch beings are beyond mortal comprehension, I've seen one. Once you understand them then you go insane, permanently crazy!” He laid his head on hers, his hand moving around as he talked. “Oxygen doesn't matter to those things and they come in many shapes! One could be your friend and—

“Yeah, the space them is unique. A whole family of astrological bodies as first names, it's pretty cool.” Another chuckle escaped his lips, leaning against Star as the machine rumbled under them “Space could be fun, as long as I'm not fighting Eldritch horrors. They tend to be quite annoying!”
