✒️: Coupé sets her paperwork down and flips her knife a bit. If people would actually kill for this job, they'd have to get through her first. She turns off the light and then goes back to the open window, sitting there and keeping an eye on her

✒️: She wasn't stalking again... but she was on a call nearby and stopped by after she was done. She might've broken in through a window... She sits by her desk and looks at her paperwork, wondering why she wants to do all of it

✒️: As she's holding the guy over the edge of a building, she looks at him... confused "Bad choice of words there... also who are you and why are you interfering with SDN business?"

✒️: She's on a rooftop... curled up on the edge of the roof and looking down at people "Just... not my scene..." Her phone is buzzing behind her on the roof, but she ignores it, just looking at her date sitting at a restaurant alone

📱: Dunno. I just go where they tell me to. You have somewhere else to be?

✒️: She hears movement in the vents... getting her knife ready and then sighing "Whatever..." She puts her knife back and rubs her neck a bit

✒️: "I'm gonna stab someone..." She's mad today, for some reason-

✒️: Coupé is covered in blood... after flying through a kaiju and dropping it in the ocean, it's to be expected. "I need a shower... and a nap..." She stretches and cracks her back a bit before putting all her knives in her locker

✒️: Seems like Coupé isn't gonna be back for a while... must've gotten called out on a mission. The book is extremely erotic, but is also extremely graphic in other ways. The book ends with the vampire and her lover, with a stake piercing both their hearts. Pretty clear why Coupé liked this book

✒️: It's a book called 'Blood of Love and Lust' and it's a sapphic vampire smut romance book whose author line has been scratched out by Coupé's knives, and the author photo is also cut out of the book "Don't bother returning it, I already finished it."

✒️: She squints at her and grabs a different book, tossing it at her and putting her bag on her shoulder "I'd like to see you try that." She flexes her wings before walking away from her

✒️: "It's not porn!! It's just a... romance novel..." She puts it back in her bag and pulls her knife back to her hand "And I would love to give you a confidence boost, but you need to earn it. Hide better."

✒️: She hears something... scanning the room and pulling out her knife, moving some shadows around the room and they fall over Visi She throws her knife, and it goes straight towards her, then misses and hits the wall right next to her ear. Coupé closes her book "Visi..."

✒️: "I like to think I have... but honestly I'm not certain. What determines right and wrong anymore, anyway? I'm working with a demon, but I'm trying to help people..."

✒️: "Most people say the same thing... but it doesn't seem fair to me that I was born with powers, either. Unlike so many others..." She touches the neck of her wine glass, spinning it around "But none of us chose the circumstances of our birth... we just chose where to go from there."

✒️: . . . She's trying hard to contain her laughter-

✒️: "You don't have to make jokes about it on my account... I know that growing up in the mob isn't 'Normal'." She sips more wine as the waiters come back with their soups and meals "It did show me what I could do... what I was good at. And... I met some people..."

✒️: "Impressive... I never went to public school, so sports weren't on the schedule. Mostly bank robbery, pickpocket training, and torture tactics..."

✒️: She's reading something Buuuut... when she looks around, she doesn't see anyone nearby... . . . She pulls a book of smut out of her bag and starts reading-

✒️: "You like sports...? That's interesting. Do you play any, or just watch them?" "I was thinking the same... but the mushroom bisque sounds nice too."

✒️: "I'll just... have a salad." She sets her menu down and looks around for the waiter "I don't think that making reading boring is something I can forgive... I'm glad that I don't have any more paperwork to do at the job I currently have..."

✒️: "Interesting... have you ever hoped that a villain would change their ways because you wanted to get with them?"

✒️: "Ugh, paperwork... I hate paperwork. Corporate talk makes everything feel so boring..."

✒️: "Interesting... they sound like fun people. And you make sure that they're set up in the right places to do what they need to do? That sounds kind of like what the SDN dispatchers do..."

✒️: She drinks a bit more wine "That sounds fun... what kinds of talent do you work with at NBC?"

✒️: She rubs her arm and looks around the restaurant "Yeah, and... that scares me..." She rubs the back of her neck and looks at her "So what do you do? All this talk about me is making me nauseous..."

✒️: She looks at her and takes a sip of her wine "I was... intrigued when we first met. When I got drunk, I thought about you... wondering if you were scared of me, or something."

✒️: "Umbrakinesis. I can use the shadows to fly or manipulate my knives. It's nice to meet you, Felicia..." She starts to fly off, moving away from her

✒️: "Have you ever thought about getting together with one of your villains?"

✒️: She nods a bit and sits at their table "Most of the time I end up having a wide radius of space around me... cause people get scared I'll throw my knife around. And then there are people staring at me... like I'm a ticking time bomb..." She looks away a bit "Not something you want in a crowd."

✒️: "Coupé. My friends call me Coop..." She spreads her wings and floats up a bit, black smoke swirling around her "And you...? What would your name be?"
