Thinking about The Rey Video again and oops I thought about it too long and now it's probably gonna include a whole section about how grifters take legitimate criticisms of flawed media and use them as a mask to make their bigotry seem rational in a way that rallies unsuspecting fandoms

Overall, it's... fine. The actual story and characters of the comic are fantastic, but it feels like all the mysticism stuff was just tacked on and REALLY didn't fit with the political thriller genre or the characters being used. I really do not like this direction for The Question.

Two issues into Veitch and Edwards' Question miniseries and I feel so mixed on it. On the one hand, I don't love the whole chi/cityspeaking thing for a character like Vic, but on the other hand it's done SO well and SO creatively that I can't help but vibe with it anyways. Will report back later.
