So a friend was working her first shift as a bartender in a few years tonight. So Katy and I swung by for moral support. Door stopped me for my Swiss Army knife. Adorable.

Just in case I've ever been vague or unclear on the matter... I am deeply glad that I grew up with people who were willing and able to teach me how to use tools and how things work. Been able to fix things is just so rewarding. And being able to help out some hood folks doubly so.

So the resident on-call tech had something come up this weekend and basically told the commercial on-call that he was going to have cover both. However valid his issue is that is not how shit works. Also, the commercial guy is green as fuck. So long story short I just cleared an OT call.
