Texted a dear friend who had liver cancer because I hadn’t heard from her in a couple of months, wanted to see how she was doing. I got a response from her sister saying that she passed away on Sunday. My heart is sad. The world is now a bit duller without her in it.

When I found out that my dad had committed suicide, I went for a walk in a daze and ended up on someone’s lawn on my back crying and teasing at the grass. Someone came and sat and talked with me about what was happening. She was apparently a grief counselor or something. Kinda saved my life tbh.
