i got my covid and my flu shot yesterday. i’ve been sleeping all day because i feel like crap

my heart rate is normal and doesn’t spike crazy. it’s literally just my anxiety and probably the cbd i took 😭😭😭 (it is a little on the high end but i am…. not healthy)

i’m genuinely so nervous for my gyno appointment next week… like i know i either have endo or pcos (most likely endo) but actually being told that scares me 😭. also if i do have pcos im scared to go on metformin because my insulin is high but my blood sugar is normal 😭😭 don’t stick me on metformin!

i’ve been concerned with my heart rate for a while now… it’s been especially worse. i’m a hypochondriac and think it could be POTS so i’m going to track my heart rate for around a month. i already run high (still within a healthy range) and i need to rule out supplements and medication

had another lovely experience at my gynecologist’s office! the tech that did the ultrasound was very nice. i was able to see the ultrasound as it was happening and seeing my own uterus was so weird. i go back in 2 weeks to discuss my bloodwork and ultrasound with my gynecologist

i get overly paranoid over like anything and my current worry is that when i get the transvaginal ultrasound there will somehow be a baby inside me (had my period 2 weeks ago btw)

STD tests came back clean 🎉 no one is surprised

they have to do a transvaginal ultrasound on me to test for PCOS 😭 i’m sure i’ll be fine but im nervous
